Caicos Express Airways was founded in 2007 by Captain Registre with a single Piper Aztec PA23. When Captain Arthur joined, the fleet grew and so did the mission from charter flights to medical transport to the scheduled airline the Turks and Caicos depends on today.

Our Journey
Taking Flight
Caicos Express Airways began as a charter airline operating a five-seat Piper Aztec. As demand grew, two Cessna 402Cs joined the fleet, creating the foundation for dependable local air service.
A Local Connection
The charter operation continued to build trusted connections across the Turks and Caicos Islands, shaped by the practical needs of residents, visitors, and businesses travelling between islands.
Scheduled Service Begins
Caicos Express launched scheduled flights between Providenciales and Grand Turk, extending regular service to Grand Turk, South Caicos, and Salt Cay.
Preparing for the Region
The foundations for the airline’s next stage of growth were taking shape, building on the trust earned through dependable inter-island charter and scheduled service.
Going International
Caicos Express introduced flights to Haiti, extending the airline’s service beyond the Turks and Caicos Islands and opening a new chapter of regional connectivity.
A Decade of Scheduled Service
Ten years after launching scheduled flights, Caicos Express celebrated a decade of connecting the islands while continuing to grow its regional reach, fleet, and passenger service.
